Last updated 13 September 2026 · Percy Real Estate Ltd (trading as Percy Estates), company no. 15525233, 25 Cabot Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 4QZ.
This policy explains how Percy Real Estate Ltd (trading as Percy Estates) ("Percy Estates", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you use this Dubai property page, submit an enquiry, or deal with us about a DAMAC property. We are the data controller. We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. What we collect
- Identity and contact data: name, email address, telephone/WhatsApp number, and anything you type into the enquiry form (for example your budget or which project interests you).
- Transaction data: if you proceed to reserve a property: passport or ID copy, proof of address, source-of-funds information, and payment records, as required by UK anti-money-laundering rules and the developer's reservation process.
- Technical data: this page stores your last form entry in your own browser (local storage) so it is not lost if the page reloads. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this page. See the cookie policy.
2. Why we use it and our legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry and send you price lists, unit plans and payment schedules (legal basis: legitimate interests and, where you tick the consent box, consent).
- To arrange a reservation, sales and purchase agreement, Dubai Land Department registration and handover with the developer (legal basis: performance of a contract).
- To introduce you, with your agreement, to our mortgage team, a tax adviser or a legal adviser (legal basis: consent).
- To meet legal obligations, including customer due diligence under the Money Laundering Regulations 2017 (legal basis: legal obligation).
- To keep you informed about comparable Dubai launches (legal basis: consent), which you can withdraw at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or emailing us.
3. Who we share it with
Only as needed to deliver what you have asked for: DAMAC Properties (Dubai) when you ask us to check availability or reserve a unit; our mortgage, legal and tax partners when you ask for an introduction; identity-verification and AML screening providers; and regulators or law enforcement where the law requires. We never sell personal data.
4. International transfers
Because the properties are in the United Arab Emirates, reservation details are transferred to the developer in Dubai. The UAE is not covered by a UK adequacy decision; we transfer data under contractual safeguards and only what the developer needs for your purchase.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry data: up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted unless you become a client. Client and AML records: 6 years after the transaction completes, as required by law. Marketing consent: until you withdraw it.
6. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to processing, ask for it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected]. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.
7. Security
Enquiries reach us by encrypted email or WhatsApp and are stored in our CRM with access limited to the consultants handling Dubai sales. Please do not send passport or bank details through the web form; we will request them through a secure channel when needed.
8. Changes
We will post any changes on this page with a new "last updated" date.
