1. Who we are

Percy Real Estate Ltd (trading as Percy Estates) is an estate agency registered in England & Wales, company no. 15525233, registered office 25 Cabot Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 4QZ. We act as an authorised sales partner for DAMAC Properties in respect of the projects shown. We are not the developer, we do not own the properties, and we are not part of the DAMAC group.

2. Information on this page

• Prices, availability, sizes, views, completion dates and payment schedules are taken from the developer's sales offers dated 10 September 2026. They can change or be withdrawn without notice and are confirmed only in a signed reservation form and sales and purchase agreement.
• Sterling (GBP) figures are the developer's indicative conversions. Contracts are denominated in UAE dirhams; the sterling cost of each instalment will vary with the exchange rate.
• Images are computer-generated renders and films supplied by the developer. Finishes, layouts and amenities may differ from those shown.
• Maps are schematic and use OpenStreetMap data; distances and travel times are approximate.
• Third-party statistics (transaction volumes, yields, population) are quoted from public sources as at their publication date and are not guaranteed.

3. No advice

Nothing on this page is financial, investment, tax, legal or mortgage advice, and the ROI model is an illustration built on assumptions you choose. 4. Our role and fees

We introduce buyers to the developer and assist with the reservation, documentation, instalment tracking and handover. Any fee payable to us by the developer, and any fee payable by you, will be set out in writing before you sign anything. You are free to appoint your own solicitor, surveyor or adviser at any stage.

5. Reservations

A unit is reserved only when the developer has accepted a signed reservation form and received the booking deposit into its escrow account. Until then a unit may be sold to someone else. Reservation deposits, cancellation rights and refund terms are governed by the developer's reservation form and the sales and purchase agreement, and by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai.

6. Intellectual property

The Percy Estates name and logo belong to us. Developer names, project names, renders and films belong to DAMAC Properties and, where applicable, Chelsea FC plc, and are used with the developer's permission for marketing these projects. You may view and print this page for your personal use only.

7. Liability

We take care to keep this page accurate but do not guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information here, from third-party links, or from a developer's failure to complete a project. Nothing limits our liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Complaints, law and jurisdiction

Complaints are handled under our complaints procedure. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
